We were fortunate to be part of Noble Scouting’s pre-launch testing phase through a friend who had heard about the concept and the people behind it. The experience was outstanding from start to finish and has had a huge impact on our journey as a family.
At the time, Lukas was playing grassroots football for Farnham Town and Yateley United on Sundays. After his first scouting session, Noble Scouting opened doors we always believed were possible, but didn’t know how to access. Through Noble’s guidance, Lukas was first introduced to Crystal Palace for a trial and then to QPR, where he went on to sign for their Category 2 academy.
Noble didn’t just create opportunities – they helped us build a clear individual development plan, ensuring that every decision was about what was best for Lukas, us as a family, and ultimately his long-term development. Lukas has gone on to represented QPR in multiple international tournaments, scoring goals against elite clubs such as Ajax, RB Leipzig, Arsenal, and Fulham whilst also getting to play for his family’s national team Malta. What a journey it’s been so far.

“We met the guys behind Noble Scouting via the grassroots pitch side talk when my son Tom was playing football for Cove FC in Hampshire. Like so many parents, we believed he had potential but didn’t know how to help him take the next step.
Through Noble Scouting, Tom was given the chance to trial at AFC Bournemouth – an opportunity we could never have created on our own. He made a fantastic impression, went on to sign an early scholarship with the club, and even joined their U18 squad on a pre-season tour after a hugely successful first year.
