Noble Scouting is a platform that allows parents and players to book verified professional football scouts to attend grassroots games or training sessions, giving every young player the opportunity to be seen and assessed using elite level techniques and data.

Noble Scouting was co-founded with the support of former England and Premier League footballer Joe Cole, along with a team of professional scouts, coaches and youth development experts.

You choose a date, location, and provide details of your child’s game. After a short pre-match meeting with our team to discuss your upcoming session and what you are looking to achieve from it, one of our professional scouts will attend and provide a full FA level report and feedback session for you to keep and share (depending on your package selection this would also include data from the game with benchmarking against elite talent in the UK) -with the potential for further opportunities for development or progress pathways.

Unlike traditional talent pathways that rely on luck or connections, we give you direct access to experienced scouts from professional clubs, removing the guesswork from getting noticed. This, alongside our data partner, brings a level of service and knowledge you would only normally unlock once inside a professional academy.

Our scouts are experienced professionals who currently or previously worked with clubs in the Premier League, Championship, EFL, or professional academies. All Noble scouts are vetted and DBS-checked with a proven record in the game.

The scout will observe your child during a match or training, take notes, and assess their performance using academy-level criteria. If included in your booking, your child will also wear a data tracking device on their feet to allow us to use elite data benchmarking alongside our scouts written report. Our scouts have played a part in thousands of players professional journeys and this proven process will be replicated at your chosen game.

Yes. You will receive a written scouting report within 7 days of your session, outlining your child’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall performance & potential. This will all come to you in a digital format including data from the game if booked via our Pro package.

Yes. If the scout believes your child has potential, they may recommend them to relevant club contacts. While there are no guarantees, Noble Scouting creates a direct pathway to real opportunities. Your child will also be added to the Noble Scouting database where clubs can see their metrics and monitor their progress.

At this stage, you can’t choose a specific scout, but all scouts are matched based on your child’s age group and location to ensure the best fit and all are supported by the senior team and Head of Scouting with over 40 year’s experience in football talent ID. We do also have scouts that work on specific positions such as Goalkeeper for the best understanding of what it takes in that unique area of the game.

We currently support players aged 7 to 19 who play in grassroots, school, Non-League or independent academies across the UK.

No -as long as your child plays in organised matches or regular training, we can arrange a scouting session.

We offer professional scouting sessions from £249.99, which includes pre-session coordination, in-person scouting, and a detailed written report. Please see our packages page to confirm which would best suit you.

We’re working on offering payment flexibility options but we do accept Paypal and other high street payment options such as Klarna.

We recommend booking at least 21 days in advance if we are showing availability, especially for weekend fixtures.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

No –what you see on our packages are fixed and inclusive of UK VAT so there are no further or hidden costs. We may introduce you to one of our elite level partners or coaches after your session to help with the development areas mentioned but this will all be discussed at the time and for your consideration after your first session with us.

Yes. Travel is included in all packages within all live UK areas.

Yes. All Noble Scouting scouts are DBS checked and trained in child safeguarding.

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it! Transparency and support are central to what we do.

We have a dedicated support team to ensure reliability. If something goes wrong, you’ll receive a full refund and priority rebooking.

No, but it does give your child a real, professional-level opportunity to be assessed by someone with genuine influence in the game. If the results of the session are a referral to a professional club we will arrange a consultation to discuss exactly what that means and what the next steps will be before doing so to make sure that is the right outcome for all involved. Trials and professional academies can be high pressure environments, and it is important to have a full understanding of what the next steps could involve.

You’ll be contacted by the scout or our team about potential next steps, whether that’s further monitoring, club trials, or academy recommendations.

Yes, especially if your child is progressing or you’d like updated assessments throughout the season. We are currently working on our loyalty offers for exactly these scenarios and you will receive these offers after your first session.

Yes – absolutely. Our mission is to bring Elite level scouting, feedback and knowledge to ALL players of the game giving that academy level experience to ALL. We can help boost confidence, knowledge & understanding of development areas to take your child or game to the next level whatever level that maybe. Developing players and supporting families to achieve their own goals and greatness whatever that may look like is our Noble goal.

Depending on your tailored feedback session and scouting report, we may introduce you to elite coaches from within our network who would be given access to the report and support any development areas and help monitor the progress. We may also introduce you to our data providers who are experts in benchmarking areas to work on and tracking progress. Once in the Noble community access to all areas of the football world are just an email away.
