Our national network of experienced Talent ID Scouts and Development Coaches attend matches and assess players in their natural environment, using both data and their expertise, to provide honest, expert feedback without the pressure of one-off trials.

Whether it’s advice, development plans, or direct introductions to professional clubs, we’re here to guide the journey.

THE NOBLE SCOUTING EXPERIENCE

  • 1. Book a scout

    Use our easy online booking platform to get started in minutes.

    Choose the package that suits you best and select the date and time of your match.

  • 2. PRE-MATCH QUESTIONNAIRE

    Tell us more about the player and their goals. This helps us tailor the experience and adds your profile to the Noble Scouting database, increasing visibility across our football network.

  • 3. PRE-MATCH VIDEO CALL

    Join a short video call with our team to clarify your goals - whether it’s building confidence, focusing on development, or aiming for a pro club connection. We’ll also answer any questions ahead of match day.

  • 4. MATCH DAY

    Your scout will arrive 30 minutes before kick-off, bringing a Playermaker data strap if requested. After a quick intro, the strap will be fitted to the player’s boots. The Scout will then observe from a quiet spot to focus fully on the game.

  • 5. SCOUT REPORT

    Within 7 days, you’ll receive a detailed, personalised report.

    This includes insights from the Scout and performance data extracted from the Playermaker device - all uploaded to your private feedback portal.

  • 6. FEEDBACK SESSION

    Book an optional online session to review your report, ask questions, and dive deeper into the data. It’s your chance to understand the “why” behind the feedback.

  • 7. NEXT STEPS

    Based on the report and data, we’ll outline key development areas and suggest how to improve. If the time is right, we may refer you to elite coaches or even make an introduction to a professional club.

  • 8. Progress follow up

    We’ll check in at 3 and 6 months to track your progress, update your Noble profile, and support your journey, from grassroots to greatness.
